Are "roll out the barrel" and "the gang's all here" from the same song?
And isn't "in the good old summer time" also somewhere in there, too?

I should probably just PM Scorpio about this.

1. Those lyrics are from the "Beer Barrel Polka".
But, there was a 1915 song made famous by Fred Astaire called "Alabama Jubilee" that had "the gang's all here" in the chorus.

You ought to see deacon Jones
When he rattles the bones,
Old parson Brown foolin' 'roun like a clown,
Aunt Jemima who is past eighty three,
Shoutin' "I'm full o' pep!
Watch yo' step!, watch yo' step!
One legged Joe danced aroun' on his toe,
Threw away his crutch and hollered, "let 'er go!"
Oh, honey, hail! hail! the gang's all here
For an Alabama jubilee

7. That's not Alabama Jubilee. Here's R. Crumb And His Cheap Suit Serenaders doing Alabama Jubilee
Robert Armstrong sings the vocals (created Mickey Rat). (Terry Zwigoff director of Bad Santa is on Cello)

8. Same song as I posted.
Here's Jerry Reed's version, you can hear him sing the lyrics to the chorus yourself.

9. I misposted. My comment was directed to Captain Hilt
Beer Barrel Polka is not the same song as Alabama Jubilee. I appreciate you posting the lyrics to Alabama Jubilee.

6. Brings back memories of Brewer games at County Stadium
Sang "Roll Out the Barrel" during the 7th Inning stretch.

And, of course, the obligatory vociferous debates amongst my fellow Cub Scouts over Whether Miller Lite Tasted Great or was Less Filling on the 4-hour bus ride home...

11. The actual name is "The Beer Barrel Polka." We sing it during the 7th inning stretch at the Brewers
