the worst of all is that this guy seems to start up his loud talking right after I have just started meditating! :eyes:

How about getting a very, very large singing bowl? :P
Hope your neighbor will silence out. There just are people who talk very loud (I'm not one of them,) and I haven't figured out yet if it's insecurity or something else.

It's partly from being raised in a large Italian family where everyone talks at the same time, and partly from working with the elderly five days a week. They tend to be able to hear me when they can't hear anyone else because my voice is both deep and loud.
