3. Soup is about all I eat for dinner this time of year..
We rarely get snow around here, but late Fall-early Spring is definitely soup weather. I am working on a pot of chipotle black bean soup I made the other day. I need to put some in the freezer and get started on another. I finally rounded up all the ingredients for Garbanzo Soup with Saffron:

I have had the recipe on my refrigerator for ages, waiting for butternut squash to go on sale.
