I'm joining a "Biggest Loser" contest at the health center soon. Any idea what the rules are? |
|
We meet on Jan 7th to discuss, but I'm curious about what the rules are for such a contest. This is a center for age 50 and over. I need to lose more than 50 pounds.
Any tips?

Decide what is healthy for you, and do it.
You need fewer calories in, and more exercise going on.
Lots of water, healthy snacks, the occasional treat (cause this is not punishment but a new way of living) and you will lose weight.
It won't happen quickly, but that's OK. That's the way it went on, after all...
I lost 50 pounds this way myself, over a period of years.
Good luck!
You CAN do it!

2. I found some "Biggest Loser" rules for a local contest here |
|
http://externalweb.nmt.edu/pplant/bloser/It's from a couple of years ago, but still probably similar to what most local health centers do.
