Experts say this is the most navigatable that Washington's traffic grid has been in years.

1. I'd be pissed if it just wasn't true.
Also, totally true of Baltimore: the city that built 3 tunnels and 2 bridges to handle the traffic-load of 1 and a beltway so they wouldn't feel left out.

Happily because the Fed Gov is closed,my company is closed so I'm enjoying my three day weekend..With only 1.5 days of work ahead of me....
