BREAKING: Cookie Monster Tries First Scone, Enjoys It, Legally Changes Name To "Scone Monster"


CNN NEW YORK: Sesame Street's beloved Cookie Monster is no more. Earlier this week, Cookie tried his first cinnamon raisin scone, and replied "What was me thinking? SCOOOOOOOOOONES!"

Initially he had planned to go to court to have his name legally changed to "Cinnamon Raisin Scone Monster," but had second thoughts. "Me keep things simple. Me now "SCONE MONSTER."

Big Bird, Ernie, Bert, Grover and Snuffleupagus were unavailable for comment.
