What did Kirstie Alley ever do to piss off the tabloids?

It seems like she, or more specifically, her weight, is the go-to story when it's a slow week in the celebrity gossip world. You can't go more than a couple of weeks without seeing a "ZOMG! Kirstie Alley Gained 2 Pounds" cover story.

1. She got fat. That's her "crime".

And not only got fat once, but got thin, got fat, got thin, got fat, got thin, got fat...

For people whose lives are utterly worthless, celebrity weight status is HUGELY IMPORTANT.

4. What I find puzzling, though, is that she's a bit of a has-been.

Why linger over Kirstie Alley, who hasn't been in any important TV shows or movies recently?

2. Someone should publish photos of fat asses of photographers

All these tabloid photographers search to get photos of celebrities who have gained weight. I think someone should dedicate a website to the fat asses of those photographers.

I honestly don't remember much about either except for "Hey, look at that new little hand growing down there. Now how am I going to get THAT in my mouth?"

she's just a punching bag because we have a society that hates women who are not young and beautiful forever, where your only value as a woman is your appearance, but if you try to do something abt your appearance you're shallow and if you don't you're a fool

i'm sure she's crying all the way to the bank but it's still ugly to watch the media picking on her for her looks, i'm sure she doesn't need the tabloids to let her know that she's heavy, hello, her own show was called "fat actress," she isn't a stupid unaware woman, seems like she's doing the best she can to have a sense of humor in a pretty harsh world
