I see American cheese, ham ( can't really tell what kind of ham ) and maybe some cooked salami under the cheese....this could open up a shit-storm...so I'll just call it a sub ( as in sub-standard sandwich )

it's a grinder. My grandmother was from CT and she actually used to call them "Guinea Grinders", after years of trying, we got her to drop the "Guinea", probably never did figure out why it was offensive though
