HOAX Alert...Van Morrison did NOT become a father again and did NOT cheat on his wife |
|
Edited on Fri Jan-01-10 02:36 AM by Ken Burch
Even the BBC was fooled by it: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/8436535.stmYou'd think they'd have realized that Van would never be this open about anything in his personal life, given his track record over forty-four years in the music business.

1. Glad to here it's a hoax. Van Morrison's not much of |
|
adulterer, from what I have heard. Don't know much about his personal life, but I love his music.

2. What is the MATTER with people. |

Good grief. He's a brilliant composer and musician. Isn't that enough?
I saw him at the Little Fox in Palo Alto in 82 or so. It's a small intimate venue, he never looked at the audience once. Oh, and he was amazing. Later, I went to his yearly concerts in Berkeley at the Berkeley Community Theater every December. This is not a person who wants to expose himself to an audience. He never fronted himself on that stage, he just hung out in the back of the staging, making music. Again, amazing.
Come back, Van!

They could've had Angelina Jolie calling Van and asking if he was sure he WANTED the kid.
:eyes:
(...I mean, if you're gonna hoax, put some effort into it people!)

7. No. It's just that each of those songs |
|
had 1,738 verses and involved 312 key and/or tempo changes.

6. I was trying to help correct a major smear on a well-known musical giant |
|
plus, this IS "The Lounge", so I figured there was a bit of leeway.
