How are you today?

Sorry about yesterday. The Internet went down in the afternoon. I hate when that happenes. Makes one realize how dependet we are already. But I love it nevertheless. How else would I have met you guys?

Yesterday after work I went swimming, or better to say to a class "Aqua Jogging". It was fun and I sure do work out there :) Next week, next time :)

I LOVE your picture. Everything is white here, so that deep red against that fabulous green is certainly a welcome sight.

Glad to hear that you liked your aqua jogging class. I think anything done in the water is fun. ;)

Yesterday I did yoga and the class was HUGE, but I suspect that's because of all the New Year's resolutions. It'll thin out as time goes on, it usually does.

It was actually quite funny. The people all somehow managed to "jogg" in bulks even though everyone had a differemt speed.
