"Where Humanity and Felinity intersect for real
Edited on Thu Jan-07-10 06:38 PM by EndersDame
And I aint talking about cats like in Cat Woman or Cat People or CatWomen of the Moon.I'm talking cats being cats. Normal cats. I would rather watch a cat do nothing more than wash itself than read all the works of the beatniks, and all the presocratic philosophers.
(And by human I mean, oh, some guy with a cold taking antihistamines which you don't gotta watch cause you've been that)."
-Richard Meltzer

I saw this quote on a Cat Power CD I bought for my sister. I like it alot I love watching my cats >^..^<

1. I could watch cats all day.
They are endlessly fascinating and weird. And cute.

2. Found out the other day that one of our 'barn' cats...
that lives, naturally, in our barn, spends his days inside the neighbors house. Usually sleeping on the couch.

5. That's what we have, too.

I love our goggie but the cats are just entirely more fun. They're both just a little over a year old. :)

6. I like anything with cats in it. Cats live in their own world. Just watching
them wash is fascinating. Genetically they know just what to do.
Their saliva has a cleaning type agent in it.
People think that cats know or are sympathetic. They are not, and they do not care what our emotions or feelings are. They are only looking for ways to use the situation to their advantage.

8. Oddly enough I think that my dog only loves me for food and my cats genuinely love me
I guess its just part of their wicked ways
