How are you today?

How cold is it where you live? We have temps in the higher 20s here in Frankfurt, Germany. It is supposed to snow a lot today and also the wind will pick up.

Yesterday work at the groceries store wasn't too bad. No idea yet when I will work next week.

Do you have any plans for the weekend? As said before, I will go to a show with two friends of mine.

9. My shifts at my night job change each week.

I work freelance during the day.

But my financial and professional life is like a.....rollercoaster. Ups and downs.

I have a shift this weekend and I'm angling for more.

I was awaken by a fight outside my building, so I am up earlier then expected.
It warmed up here a little bit over the last day. We got very little snow over the night.
I am going to see a cover band tonight and uncle-ing my niece and nephew on Sunday.
I may go chant saturday morning as a friend is hosting an event at her house.

It's a whopping 16F right now with a chill factor of 3F. We're having a heatwave! :)

We got about 5 inches of snow yesterday. It was still lightly snowing and blowing when I got home yesterday, but everything looked beautiful.

No plans for the weekend other than yoga on Saturday morning, grocery shopping and domestic chores. Doesn't sound too exciting does it. ;)

It snowed last night and I'm just about to go out and clear the car off. Always fun.

I'm shocked and saddened for VenusRising. I had gotten to know her better these past months on FB, even more than I had on DU. :cry:

This weekend the tree comes down, and I will have nephews over to help their accident-prone Uncle. ;)

18 degrees now and windy. NO SCHOOL for the kids - HOORAY!

Some will make fun of the closings but one person died last night when her car slid over some ice and hit a tree.

We may walk to a movie theater or something.

No exciting plans for the weekend. Just house stuff.

It is around 29F/-2C here in Baltimore. We got a little bit of snow last night - just enough to mess up the morning commute, but not enough to close work. I really need to get to the laundromat tonight, so hopefully it will be mostly cleared up by then.

I really have next to no plans for the weekend...just some cleaning, and I may catch a movie.

Another wintry day here. The roads are partially passable, the Dept. of Transportation has been doing their best keeping them free of ice. All of the schools in the northern part of the state are closed for the day. The expected high temp for the day is 1C, it's -8C right now. I'm at my desk, so that I can go downstairs to the gym and run on the treadmill.

Haven't seen you in some time. I may have just been missing you. I generally read DU in evenings.

Currently 8 de-freaking-grees and I suspect it being the high. Wind is ripping as well.. this graph says it is -7 degrees on the steady, but when a gust comes ears, nose, and exposed areas get cold hella fast.
