Anyone else still have Christmas decorations up?
This year has been super hectic and I haven't had time to take mine down yet but I noticed that I'm not the only one in my neighborhood. One person still has lights outside!

1. Just the greenery
(fake) garlands over the windows and doorways, and a garland with lights on the banister; (real) garland around the front door and wreath. Oh--and candles in the windows. But those will be coming down in a few days.

4. i have lights on over 30 pine & spruce trees outside...
all of the cords are buried under almost a foot of snow...once it's gone, i can pick them up. as long as they're there, they still look nice with the snow at night.

6. Some of the lights are still up.
I like to keep the lights up in January.

Everything else is packed up.

7. This is the time of year I enjoy my Christmas decorations most.
Everyone has returned home, the shopping is done, presents have been opened, the baking is done and the all of the holiday cooking is finished. Ah, yes NOW I can light my candles and RELAX!!

12. Yes. As a kid we always left it up until Epiphany (Jan. 6), so I hate to take it down
any sooner than that. But I work at a college bookstore, so from the 6th on, work is insanely busy for a few weeks and it's all I can do to stay awake when I get home, much less take down the tree. Decorations in our house usually come down just before the calendar flips to February.

14. Our fake tree is still in the living room.
I un-decorated it and my brother was supposed to dismantle it and stow it. But nooOOOooo! He just had hernia surgery today. So guess who that leaves doing HIS job? That's right. Big brother. Just like old times...lol.

15. Have the wreath in the window, and the live tree is still in our living room, minus the
gaudy trinkets.

18. My decorations are plastic snowmen so I can leave them up all winter
at least that is my reasoning. I will take them down when it is 70 and the cats can lay on the porch.

19. All of our indoor decorations are down
The outside lights are still up, but unplugged, and we'll get them down this weekend during our warm-up. Two of our neighbors still have their lights on.
