"Avoiding the near occasions of sin"
Last night in a dream I said to someone, "Shouldn't we be trying to avoid the near occasions of sin?". I had really bizarre dreams last night. This is from the old Baltimore Chatechism( for all you non Catholics), something I haven't looked at in probably over 4 1/2 decades. Haven't heard that expression in that long. So why in hell did it come to me in my dream last night? I am extremely strange.

1. Before you slept, you may have read about the insurance lobbyists' visits to the White House.

3. Had forgotten that aspect of Catechism, but definitely remember this:
.
"When choosing between two evils, I always like to try the one I've never tried before."
.
Mae West.
.
Saw a t-shirt once that said, "Bad decisions make good stories."
.
