And I slept through the game.
Was it as sweet as the final score?

I'm gonna check out the replay on the NFL Network
I really don't care that the Lions only won two games this season now.
The 'Boys got wasted.
Yes, so very sweet!

6. Well it proved that Favre still has it |
|
And his tailoff last year really was due to injury. Not to say I didn't love seeing Romo on his back alot...;)

10. Which is what I was telling y'all when everyone was whining about Favre's unretirement. |
|
:P
I knew Favre still had it. His last three years have been three of his best ever, minus the injury. People just like to hate someone. I don't hate anyone. I hate Rush's music, but that's only because they suck.

This is a strong young team that will be in contention for awhile, while the Eagles are in decline at the QB and running back positions...the Cowboys overachieved this season, few had them winning the NFC East and no-one had them going to the second round of the playoffs. It sucks they lost in such a humiliating fashion, but I am optimistic this team will be winning for awhile.
The O-Line really needs fixing.

17. because of the contracts |
|
the Cowboys will be stuck with this O-Line at least through next season...the problem is structural and insoluble for now unless they simply improve their technique and execution. It could be a coaching issue, but this is the weakest link in the entire team and cost them the game today.

12. Yeah, they had a good year. Phillips proved he can handle a defense. |
|
I think Garrett has some learning to do, if heeven has it, and they need a kicker more than anything else.
With Adams out the line looked worse than it would have otherwise.

16. Romo also had a great year, taking it to the next level. |
|
His greatest weakness right now is his O-Line. His turnovers today were because of protection breakdowns more than anything else.

21. Romo's always good. He has one of the all-time career high QB ratings. |
|
Whether his team is successful a lot of times depends on whether Garrett is giving him a scheme he can work with.
At the end of the season he was third all time, behind Philip Rivers and Steve Young. I'm sure it will fall, but he's still up in that type of atmosphere.

28. I don't know a lot about their O-line |
|
but I'm still angry that Arizona let Leonard Davis go. I loved him as a draft pick but management considered him a bust and ever since he's been a multiple pro bowler.

30. I grew up a Saints fan. When I moved to Dallas, they were in a tailspin. |
|
Then they hired a college coach who had won several national titles and got a new GM (who was also the owner) and then drafter a UCLA quarterback, and they went on a tear, winning three out of four Super Bowls and dominating for almost a decade before slumping again.
So, you know, keep your fingers crossed on this Carrol guy and pray you guys don't wind up with Tebow.
