6. In the very long term things get better.
I know the notion of "Progress" is not kosher in many circles anymore, but I hold on to it. Whatever the setbacks in the short term in the long term things improve.

10. Yes, thank you.
I tend to be overly, unrealistically pessimistic in my thoughts. I also have a tendency to be Depressed. Sometimes I have to make an effort to be more realistic, (in my case more optimistic). :)
