I've got about 10,000 mp3s. My old hard drive is still fine, but the motherboard died. So I bought a nifty device to transfer all the files over to my new laptop.
All 10k songs had album covers with them. I spent days searching out obscure albums that iTunes didn't have in their database. Got them all done.
Now, over 1/3 of them no longer have the album covers. Ack!
BTW, does anyone know where files go when you buy something from the iTunes store? I'm trying to find them on my old hard drive to transfer them over.

1. Are you saying that the iTunes tracks are good, but the covers didn't transfer? |

Well, I'm surprised that the correct iTunes covers didn't load when you went to "Advance" and "Get Album Artwork"
Also, there should be a folder in your iTunes named "Album artwork". That's where your old files are

covers didn't transfer. I did get some of them to download, though.
Any idea where my purchased iTunes music and videos are?
