We have both enjoyed smoked link sausage from Williams' Store in Haralson, Georgia, for decades. President Carter still stops there for sausage, in the cold months when they make it. My dad usually picks up 5# or so for me, when he gets his "fix." In turn, I supply dad with chicken and sausage gumbo.
Williams' smoked pork link sausage is the best I have ever had. Period. Tonight I had Williams' sausage with collard greens, speckled grits, and corn bread.
God forbid the Atlanta yuppies ever discover Williams' Store.

I couldn't find any collards in Oregon last fire season. I could LIVE on collards (with or without the sausage)!
