8. LOL! No, I did not say that, indeed.
I'd never put 100% purr beef in a snack. ;)

6. I've been seeing that on their signs
around here when I drive by. Sounds horrible.

It's funny all these fast food residents putting crap in tortillas. I read somewhere a while back that these "tortillas" they are using for the wraps are higher in carbs and calories than the buns they are usually on. But it's that "perception" of making it more healthy that ropes people in, I guess.

11. Since moving to Arizona...
.
...I've put hot dogs in tortillas... and, m-m-m -- peanut
butter-and-jelly. And, I have to confess... the best ones
use lard (Alejandro's here in Tucson -- I know they make a
vegetarian tortilla with soybean oil, but their regular
yum-yum-yummy ones still use lard, I think).
.
I can't imagine fast-food joints taking the chance of being
burned again by using lard in their tortillas, but you're
right about being even less healthy.
.
Flour Tortillas - Fajita Size (Mission) Serving Size: 1 tortilla (32g),
Calories: 100, Fat: 2.5g (no lard), Carbs: 16g, Protein: 3g

Hamburger bun (Generic) Serving Size: 1 oz,
Calories: 79, Fat: 1.2g, Carbs: 14g, Protein: 2.7g
.
HOWEVER, overall a Big Mac has 29g fat where a Mac Wrap has 19-21.
.
I TRY to eat healthier, but sometimes the BEST I can do is to eat less UNhealthy.
.
Today, $2 worth of frozen soup veggies, $0.50 of sodium-free chicken broth,
$0.40 of brown rice, $1.25 of finely diced Chef Aidell andouille sausage (I DID
say "less unhealthy", diddle I?), pennies' worth of spices.
.
Cold n wet here in Arizona for a change. M-m-m-m -- this'll probably last me
well into the week for work lunches.
.
And with all this fiber, BOY am I gonna poop well!!!!!!!! {<--excitement indicators}
.
.
.
Did I just say that out loud?
.

12. I really don't believe
in cutting any kind of ingredients out of food that it naturally comes with. I think eating healthy is doing it in moderation and avoiding the processed stuff that constitute what most people THINK counts as food these days.

Enjoy your BM.

13. way more fat in a normal flour tortilla than a bun
I have no idea if they are "normal" - I love Mexican food - other strange things in a tortilla? not so much

lettuce does NOT go in a burrito

14. Oops!
I put lettuce in mine sometimes. I like it and it's one more way to work around the battle of getting enough roughage into the husband. LOL

and I do like crispy cold onions in burritos. I'm getting hungry for tacos right NOW! Wonder why?

Hey, aren't beans roughage?
