their personal issues negatively effect all the great efforts they have put into helping New Orleans post Katrina especially in the Holy Cross neighborhood very near the industrial canal where they built homes more apt to survive flooding. The homes also are green in the energy conservation sense. They have been very good to NOLA for the past three years.
