What's a good way to extract the audio track from an FLV file?

We downloaded a clip from YouTube, and my son would like to have the audio on a CD.

Suggestions?

2. If you are on a Mac running OS X

there is an application called TubeSock which will save a YouTube clip as an MP3 or AAC, as well as several video formats.

Sorry, can't help if you are running Windows, but I am pretty sure there are Windows applets out there which will do the same thing.

7. I use KMPlayer for viewing, capturing and sampling.

It lets you capture audio from the full length or just clips. It's a free multi-format player :)

I haven't checked it out yet, but it looks like it does everything *and* that.
