Jennifer Love Hewitt explains her 'precious lady' jewels

While all the other late-night talk show hosts last night were yakking about NBC, Jennifer Love Hewitt was on with George Lopez talking about something entirely different - her private parts. Or as she called put it - her "precious lady."

In her upcoming book, The Day I Shot Cupid, she mentions that she has a chapter on "Vagazzaling."

She explains: "After a breakup a friend of mine Swarovski Crystaled my 'precious lady' and it shined like a disco ball and so I have a whole chapter in there about how women should 'vagazzle' their va-jay-jays."

The clitoris is at the top of the vagina, and there's a retractable sheath of skin around it called the clitoral hood. You pierce it by lifting it up, sliding a needle receiving tube (a little stainless steel tube about a quarter-inch in diameter by maybe three inches long) between the hood and the clitoris itself, and piercing through the hood with a 12 to 14-gauge needle. Not having had it done I can't give you a personal experience as to the pain involved, but all the reports online indicate it's not too bad. that "va-jay-jay" is intended to be a television-acceptable way to say "my pussy." Because after all, if she said she got her "pussy" pierced, she'd be getting attacked on TWO fronts--from the fundamentalists who don't want their virgin ears to be assaulted with such language, and from PETA who would be aghast that someone would have their cat pierced. (This would be the best part--watching PETA duck and cover when they found out the pussy in question is not what they thought it was.)
