I am having a very hard night

I think it is related to upping my SSRI.... always get very agitated when I do that before it kicks in .... gone from 20mg to 40 mg of flouxitine .

So , anything to take my mind of this ...... light stuff please , no links to Ingmar Bergman Clips, or essays about the Holocaust please.
