Example:

Present:
People, especially college students, wear flannel pajama pants to the grocery store and to class.


Future: People wear footed jammies to work.

which will be constantly interrupted by the President's cell phone going off and he/she texting back, or checking the score of the game, or otherwise not focusing on anything at all, which will be fine, because everyone in the chamber will be texting, listening to iPods, surfing the web, chatting with neighbors, and so on.
