In the case of these cheetahs, they may simply have decided to wait until this little guy got a little larger. Then eat him. And, after being all friendly and all, he would later walk up to them without hesitation, and then be eaten, maybe in 6 months or a year when he was much meatier. Lulling him into complacency, you might say. Hey, a cats gotta eat, you know. dc
