So I finally finished the Harry Potter series |
|
I was satisfied with "The Deathly Hallows" and now feel sad that I've gotten to the end. I tried starting a new book, but it just doesn't feel right. I'm excited for the final two movies. My daughter and I have been talking everything Harry lately and it's been fun. Even my son is finally into the series because he wants in on the conversations.

I read the series last summer, and had such FUN! It was a nice break from serious fiction and a great summer read.
If you're looking for something similar, try the "Twilight" series. I just started them last week, I needed the break!
And yeah, I'm 52!

3. Already read the "Twilight" series, next is the Mortal Instruments series |
|
"City of Bones", "City of Ashes" and "City of Glass" by Cassandra Clare. My teenage daughter got me back into reading by encouraging me to read the Twilight series. Then I moved on to the Harry Potter series. I tried to start City of Bones last night, but was still mourning the end of Harry Potter.
Hey, I'm 43!
