I swear, I was watching it rerun on IFC last night and I laughed every bit as hard as I did the first time I saw it, maybe even more.

It has everything:

1. George Michael as the Star Wars kid
2. Steve Holt! for class president ("Four more years! Four more years!")
3. Lucille replacing Lupe the maid with a Roomba
4. An oblivious Tobias masquarading as Mrs. Featherbottom ("almost exactly the same plot as Mrs. Doubtfire....with a little Mary Poppins mixed in")
5. References to GOB as Steve Holt's dad, with GOB blissfully unaware of the fact "Steve Holt is a bastard! He doesn't even know who his father is!")

and I thank them every day.

I LOVE the entire series.. since the jokes keep going across episodes, it's hard to say one is best.

I do LOVE LOVE LOVE the whole set up and pay off of George Michael's Star Wars video across episodes.

I was delighted when Showtime opted not to pick it up, and I was similarly delighted when I learned (years ago) that the movie would not come to be.
