Seriously - I hate annoying, chatty proctologists who ask about the places I am going to...

There's some truth in that...I had a complete physical a couple of years ago and my doctor asked "So, do you still play guitar?" and it was immediately followed by "HELLO, MR. RUBBER GLOVE!"

Never answer a question that's asked when you're on all fours on an examining table. It's a red herring.

4. When I was a teenager I was surprised to find a Dr. Rectanus in the phone book
I wondered if he was a proctologist. Probably pronounced Rectánoos.
