I congratulate you on going meatless one day a week. Is there any reason why you can't shift the day this week? You'll accomplish the same thing.

I am a beast though once I slip and make trades in my head hehe.

I recall messing up 3 times before and usually it was because I was away from my normal routine. I pondered as to what started me doing it. I like to cook and really learned a few good Monday meals. The real reason I started it though was after I found out how they make gelatin. :puke: Thought I'd do Meatless Monday as a statement to remember.
