Do you know I've seen Steve Miller Band in concert more times than I've seen Robert Plant in concert!

The concerts are like a fricking experience! Everyone knows the lyrics to the songs and we all just sing along (usually altered by booze or other things).

If he tours again this year I'm getting tickets - nothing makes me happier than an evening of Steve Miller Band in concert. In fact, I think I'll listen to a live album of his music right now!

Or should I call him 'Maurice'? He's just never reached out and grabbed meh, even when I went to 'New England Town'. And even though I live in Texas, I guess I'll never really know what the facts is, OR how to rhyme 'hassle' with 'El Paso'. Some people say that his songs are full of cliches, but that's just the big wheel keepin' spinnin' around - he just keeps on a-keepin' on.

10. I've only seen one Steve Miller Band concert

back in the '80s or early '90s, and I agree with you, it was surprisingly fabulous -- and he just kept playing and playing and playing, like an Energizer bunny. In fact, I think we didn't even stay for the whole concert because we had to go to work the next day.
