7. I think that if you have NEVER had one of those days, there just might be something wrong with you.

I don't have them often, but I have them. My guess is that everyone does. I don't get mad as often as I get frustrated though.

When I was teaching, we got 10 "personal business" days off. Paid. I called them "mental health days". Most other teachers saved them religiously, hoping to use them at the end of their careers to make money with. I took one every month.
