4. He was busy playing Warden Glynn on HBO's Oz.
And in terms of costars and their acting ability, Christopher Meloni's junk > Keanu.

5. Pretty much. If you set aside the bucketloads of money, and ignore a
couple of weak episodes around season 4 (IIRC), then I'd say Hudson got the far better deal. Absolutely better in terms of costars....

6. Well, okay.
That's a good reason.

Still, IMO we need to see more of Hudson in film. Maybe we can draft him or something.

12. Why would you wish that upon poor old Cowboy Curtis?
Jackson signed up because he's congenitally unable to refuse any script that's offered to him. But Fishburne has generally demonstrated greater restraint.

I say "generally" because I'm not yet ready to forget Fantastic Four Part Deux.

13. Dude, Morpheus would have classed up that dump of a prequel trilogy.
He was more Jedi than Samuel L Jackson ever was.

14. Maybe, maybe not. But...
How many meaningless pop-philosophical slogans can one guy utter? If he'd had to sell The Force and The Matrix, the poor guy would have OD'ed on triteness!
