2. I'll go with this...

back on july 4th 1994 my Gf and I were passing thru Washington D.C. and we spent the day at the base of the Washington Monument...just as the Fireworks got started the U.S Marine Corp Band Fired up with "Wave That Flag".

Quite a sight to see!

Supposedly Keith's 16th show after joining the band. No Donna, just Keith, and reference is made to Pigpen being "ill at home."
