What is going on with this book, Kubrick's NAPOLEON?

I first started monitoring this book in Autumn of 2009, when its release date kept getting pushed back, so I never ordered it. It's price was between five and six hundred dollars.

Now I checked on it tonight, and the price starts at five thousand dollars ($5,000 USD).

Does anybody know the story about what happend to this really important release of Kubrick's work on the Napoleon project?

This is so depressing. I could afford it at $500, but not at $5,000. That is ludicrous.
