Do people still give 2 weeks notice when quitting a job? |
|
When employers roll you out the door same day when they want to get rid of you?

They know your mind is not on your work those last two weeks...you're thinking about the new job and all it entails.

10. I think you do if you want your current job as a reference. |

Jobs I have applied for all seem to tell me up front how much notice is expected. For managerial people it is 30 days rather than 2 weeks.
