if said item would increase or decrease intellect as that would be applied to %crit. In which case I'd go for it, if it could be gemmed or enchanted to increase stamina. What class are you playing?

No... crits are where my *real* damage gets done. Pump it all into extending my crit range and before we know it, 50% of my hits are critical. For a bad-axe dwarven war-priest, it rarely gets better... :)
