So Now I DON'T Generally Watch The Oscars... BUT WHAT IS ALL THIS

FLACK about it not being on TV? While making my husband's breakfast this AM, I heard something about Disney, ABC & John Kerry talking about people NOT being able to watch it!

Is this a Corporate "I don't care about people" thing or are they NOT going to show the Oscars??

I can wait to hear, who, what, when and where like I usually do, or even look here to see who won what. Still, I'm unclear about which stations are or are not going to be airing it!

BTW, I have a DISH with all the channels, so I would think I COULD find ONE that carries it, still what concerns me is that people PAY for Cable and this seems to be something that they AREN'T going to get because of some infighting between some Corporations!

Anyone have information?? Easier to ask here than check out all kinds of websites about this. And if I don't get an answer, well that's okay too. Just asking.
