OK I'm dense - how in the heck do you send a tweet to someone?


I just joined Twitter to see if I could find someone. on search I got about 25 to 30 tweeters with the same name.

I want to send a tweet to each of them asking if they are the person I'm hunting. but how? when I go to that persons site I don't see anywhere to post my tweet.
