So if a terrorist guy calls in a threat that says "I'm blowing something in 13 hours!" and the Feds go "Call Jack Bauer!" there's some guy that says "No, Jack's the 24-hour threat guy, he can't do a 13-hour one, you shitwits! Call Jenkins, he's your 13-hour guy!"

And then while Jenkins is on the case, another 13-hour call comes in and they have to go pull Greely, the 12-hour guy, make him sit down the first hour, and then pray to God that a 12-hour call doesn't come in while he's working on that one.

Just wondering, because, come on, doesn't seem fucking weird to you that Bauer solves everything in 24 hours, and only 24 hours?
