No way out
Help me write the end of a very bad novel. The heroine is blackmailed by a man who violated her trust and privacy in the most vile way....the extortionist won't go away....he has the power to destroy her life and everyone she loves unless she signs over everything she has. The police won't or can't help, because he is so devious....he stole her passwords, read her mail, made mail appear to be sent from her when it was not. He used her own blackberry to do his crimes. Police say its a domestic dispute even though she is married to someone else, because of a past relationship that was a horrible mistake. He won't stop until she is destroyed emotionally, financially, her business, her family, her soul. He is a twisted monster and there is no way out, except one that she can think of.

What should she do? What would you do?

4. not really....he loses.
He wants to control her...now he can't do that anymore.

Her family is safe from his blackmail at least - and he will see his maker soon enough, as he has a terminal illness -- it has made him like an enraged bull as long as she is around.

6. Not sure about your story.

But it brings up an interesting point.

Every thought or concept has to be taken on its own merit, because the first thing that is usually done by anyone with any experience is disruption of command and control. Or in other words they imitate the person to get people to look silly or do silly things.

It happens when you think someone is right most of the time, so you start to not think about what is said, then someone else fakes something like an email to disrupt a group.

Really happens all the time, I don't even send emails or talk on the phone for that reason. And unless I recognize someone I make no assumptions if they with one group or another. The credibility must be in the text of anything I read or hear, and think that is the best way. An argument must make sense not by who a person is told that says it, but by what is said.

Not sure what you should do, but I don't think backing down to blackmail is the best idea especially if the person is devious, but I hope your situation works out for the best, take care.

7. Thank you....
It is very scary. She has stood up to the blackmail several times, and each time he found way to cause harm to her or someone she cared about -- all in ways that can't be proven, or would be very hard to prove.

Perhaps the author of this story should pray he gets a virus that could wipe out his hard drive....

10. Once she gets to Canada, and realizes that
he's continued to fuck with her family and friends out of frustration that she's no longer there for him to take it out on, she could either a) find a way to start fucking with him, from a distance or b) find someone to help her fuck with him i.e. break in to his place, get control over him....

11. Leave it open ended. Give her an opportunity to steal his iPhone and turn the game around.
If she goes from victim to abuser in the end, she'll not only win an otherwise hopeless game but you leave the outcome to the reader's imagination and set yourself up for a sequel.
