Irish Lunch today! Corned Beef, Cabbage and Potatoes! |

I kind of went sodium crazy when crocking the CB though - added bouillon instead of water - and there was salt in the spice packet.
Oh well, on a sandwich this stuff is the bomb!

I had envisioned some kind of drunken ritual involving gnarly, bare footed Irishmen stomping on a side of beef.
