The high holy days of basketball are upon us.

The time draws nigh when we shall once again crown the kings and queens of America's game.
Princes and princesses are being crowned around the nation in contests known as state tournaments.
The battles are already in motion. Teams are being invited to the big tournament from places never heard of before.
And the masses gather around their picture boxes to cheer on their favorites while quaffing flagoons of ale.
So gather with loved ones and partake of the joys and surprises of the season.

And I shall make a prediction - the Women of Nebraska shall unseat Connecticut and become the new Queens of basketball. And Purdue shall reign as Kings.
