Anyone else here strangely fascinated by BAD GIRLS CLUB?

It's one of the more bizarre exercises in "social Darwinism" that I've ever seen. There's no competition to speak of, no fabulous cash prizes or vehicles from GM, no requirement to eat anything gross or run a grueling obstacle course. You just have to stay in the mansion as long as you can while resisting any urge to beat the shit out of your roommates.

And people watch this. And I'M watching this? What's wrong with me?

But I have a special place in my heart for garbage TV. My brain works overtime for 12-18 hours every weekday and many weekends lately. I need doses of junk-food for the brain.

Everyone needs a little mental downtime. That's what drew me to FarmVille in the first place - there's something calming about it, tending virtual crops and livestock. It can be addictive.

I did have a chance to do some actual "farming" last month when my wife and I planted a bunch of tulip bulbs at her parents' house. I can't wait to see the first blooms the season.
