Why chocolate is better for you than blueberries
I don't know if this article is true or not, but I have decided to believe it. :D It's a list of various diet myths, but here's the first one:

Blueberries contain more anti-oxidants than other fruit

Blueberries are known as a superfood, due to their high level of anti-oxidants (molecules thought to help protect us from cancer- causing free radicals). But that does not mean they are superior to other fruits.

Angela says: 'Blueberries score highly on the oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) scale, but scientists are finding foods that are even higher - including dark chocolate.

'Even if blueberries top the scale, they are only rich in one family of anti-oxidants, anthocyanin, which is found in other fruits, like grapes.'

And the far cheaper red grape is actually higher up the ORAC scale.

6. Cheese is great - I recommend Brie and /or smoked gouda with fruit.
Congratulations on becoming an air breather-takes a lot of guts to get over that evil shit.

All the best!

8. I despise such headlines that seem to inssist one must choose...
one over the other.

While chocolate covers raspberries far more delightfully than it does blueberries, blueberries work in a bowl of Cheerios far better than chocolate syrup.

At any rate, this is one great argument for chocolate:

9. I've been forcing myself to eat regular chocolate for two years.

Because of the antioxidants and other health benefits. I don't love the stuff, and try to go as dark as possible. Want the antioxidants, don't need the sugar.
