I need advice/ideas on places to chill out for a week or so

Preferably in the Southeast. The Florida keys and Caribbean are good places, but I need ideas about specific hotels/resorts.
I would also be interested in hearing about any quaint places in New Orleans to stay if any of you know of a place.

The fiance and myself will be finishing up a month or two of solid work this June and really need to get away for a while.

We do have a shitload of air miles if anyone has recommendations outside of the Southeast.

but I liked Memphis. Music, food, Graceland.
Sounds like you could afford a stay at the Peabody Hotel.
