How are you today?

It is snowing here again. SNOWING!!!!!!!!! :mad: I want spring!!! Flowers, green trees ... stuff like that. Is that asked too much???


So what are your plans for the weekend? Me? I work tomorrow from 3pm till 10.30pm and Sunday I will most likely sleep a lot. Also I will continue to read "The scarlet letter" by Hawthorne.

Just got a call - I have to work tonight at the groceries store x(

For the weekend, drywall work in the back bedroom and cleanup in the basement. That will move me closer to finishing a couple rooms inside.

Outside, I certainly need some watering -- crocus, dwarf lilies, and tulips are already popping up. Lots to take care of!

I am quite well today, thank you for asking.

I have -NO- plans for the weekend; all my plans
are taking a few days off.

I don't have to be back at work until next Thursday,
and I spent all day yesterday up in PA, laying down
some new flooring in my little sister's house.

(I still call her my "little" sister just because it amuses me:
she's not actually a small person, and two of her children
are actually larger than I am these days.)

It's raining here right now. I expect that will melt away
the last layers of snow pretty quickly.
That would be bad if I had to go to work tommorrow,
because the "shortcut" road over the mountain
has a low spot that gets flooded every time
the creek rises above its banks.

But the rain is good 'gardening' news for us-
we bought some tomato seeds from SIBERIA
that will allegedly do well in any climate above 34 degrees,
and the first seedlings we started indoors
are big, leafy, and just BEGGING to get transplanted outside!

15. I am doing fine .. I wish My computer was doing better

It seems to be acting very odd ..for some reason. I did a virus scan and a few other things..I have no idea why its behaving so oddly..

36. I just got back on line..believe it or not..

I had to go and Un install my Opera browser..reboot, and re install it again. It said there was still some programs left in memory ..so than I went and un installed it again..and rebooted twice..to make sure it was gone..then re installed it again..and now it seems to be working.

meh.. I so need a new computer!

Tonight, I finish re-reading King Lear for tomorrow's class, which goes from 10-3, after that I will start writing a paper for my other class, which I will hopefully finish on Sunday. On Sunday I also have to figure out what my final paper is going to be for my Saturday class and start researching. There may be another short paper thrown in the mix too. We'll see :)

I can't wait for this month to be over. My Saturday class ends on Apr. 3rd, and then my life should get a whole lot easier (I hope!)

Yeah, the paycheck is the only plus side with this. I need a man to move in with me so that I don't have to work the second job anymore ...

The snow will become rain at one point. Not sure I find that less depressing.

No time for swimming. Been too busy. But I slowly switch my diet, so that ought help too. Less fat and carbs, more veggies. Not easy but I get to where I want.

changing your diet will help on those times you can't get to the gym or the pool. Delicious and nutricious. :9

All of the time running nowhere fast on the treadmill and stairclimber have helped. I can run 5 miles (8 km) almost non-stop--except for that steep hill at the 3 km mark. :P All of this to fit into my costume and be fit for renfest in April.

That stinks about the snow. It's going to rain (A LOT) this weekend here in Connecticut, USA.
Don't think we're going to get much more snow. Temps have been in the low 50s since March started.
