Police said Todd Jarvis, 24, of Malone, threw the sandwich so hard that it left a large red mark on the right arm of the 19-year-old woman with whom he was arguing around 11:30 a.m. in the 100 block of East North Street. Jarvis also hit the woman in the face with a can of soda, police said.
