Remember the Cheeseburger Potstickers recipe from a while back?
I had last Wednesday off and decided to go to the Oriental grocery store that's a block from my house. There I found Vietnamese egg roll wrappers. These work MUCH better as the wrappers for cheeseburger potstickers. (Recipe: brown and season ground beef, put a spoonful on a wrapper, add cheese, roll up and either bake or deep fry until the cheese melts and the wrapper gets crispy. Deep frying would be better if you have a deep fat fryer.) You use these by soaking them in hot water until all the hard spots are soft, lifting them to drain and laying them on a cutting board or something for filling. I have a marble board; that might work pretty well.
