Dear Keith -

My condolences to you and your sister. My father right now is going through similar pain - as his mother (my grandmother) passed less than a month ago. As he put it "no one is ready to be orphaned. Not when you are a child and not even when you are a full grown adult."

Mr. Olbermann, if I could be even one tenth the father yours was, I will feel as if I'm in good stead.

Deepest thanks to your father for raising a man such as you - one who isn't afraid to give his opinion, and willing to fiercely defend the opinions of others, no matter how much you disagree.
