How are you today?

Today is my mom's 60's birthday. Happy Birthday mom. Love ya!!! My brother and I gave her (and her partner) as present a trip to Paris. One week in August in a cute hotel. My brother sent her a guide for Paris without comments. When I called her this morning she was really surprised and happy about the trip. She's never been to Paris before. Me thinks it is a good idea :D

I don't mind so much when you do it, but PEOPLE? Hate it.

I have absolutetly NOTHING going on in my life
that is interesting in any way right now.

The most interesting thing that happened all week
was when I finally found the button that resets the trip-mileage-meter
in my car.

So, I can now report that I am exactly 14.8 miles from the nearest
distributor of the cheapassed donkey-piss WINE I spend my evenings with.
22.7 miles when the creek floods the road and I have to go AROUND
the mountain instead of over it.

9. In public, wink wink nudge nudge, eh? Love ya! One thing that occurrs to me...

...is that my little furry friend "Crybaby" is very much
'in a family way' again...she's been abit popular with
the local lads, as pretty girls often are in the springtime,
and she's currently swollen to amazing proportions!

She's much larger than her last pregnancy. Last year, she introduced
me to 3 kittens...this time it's looking like she's either going to
introduce me to 12 kittens or 3 watermelons.

For her sake, I hope it's 12 kittens- her hips don't look wide enough
to pass a watermelon.

She was pleasantly surprised. I am happy that she is happy about it.

Spring seems to come to our part of the world as well, temps are supposed to rise up to the mid 50s during this week :wow: I will only believe it when I feel it :D

My weekend was fabulous. Although the weather wasn't to nice on Friday and Saturday, it did not dampen our spirits and our fun.

It's going well, I played for about 20 minutes last night. Taking tonight off, to give the arms a break.

If things do go slow, I may sit down for a few minutes. It clears the head and gets the day's stress out. And, it's the Most Fun Ever. :D

Well I hope she will enjoy Paris in August. Since she's never been there before. But when I think how much I liked even though the city wasn't in my top 5, I am sure she will love it.

This morning I woke up at 5.30am because the birds were loud outside. Guess that means the spring finally is coming to us :woohoo:

We have two more weeks with the winter time. So you and I are 5 hours apart at the moment.

Staying very busy at work, which is good, because mr. swim was laid off last Monday. We think we will be all right. We will still buy gin, just need to make it last longer!

I think things are starting to get better, just not fast enough for his company to keep him through until recovery. I hope in a couple of months they will be back strong and will want him back.

We ourselves are just fine, though, and still laughing and smiling! (and swimming!!!)
